Job Summary:

 Act as a Support engineer (level 1, 2) for GEMALTO and Mobinets solutions.

 Assist in software Integration: Install, test and deploy patches or new custom solutions at customers’ premises or remotely.

 Main Tasks:

 Provide support for existing Gemalto smart card solutions and/or Mobinets solutions. Support activities ranges from level 1 (answering calls/emails), level 2 (identifying the problem, troubleshooting, update configuration when needed). Support is typically done remotely from Mobinets offices but may require physical presence at customer site in special cases.

 Assist in installing, integrating and testing the global (end to end) solution or a specific patch at the customer premises or remotely.

 Maintain adherence to Mobinets policies and procedures

 Perform other related duties

 Maintain confidentiality at all time

 24/7 support with hotline

 Job Requirements:

- Diplomas or Degrees

 University degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science

- Experience

 Minimum 2 years of experience
