Executive Assistant needed for a leading company in Beirut, Lebanon.
-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration.
-2-3 years’ experience as Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant.
-Additional qualifications as Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-FLUENT IN ENGLISH
-Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel...)
-Strong multitasking skills
-Flexible and patient
-Ability to travel occasionally
-Ensure smooth running of the office and assist senior management
-Coordinate daily calendars of senior managers
-Plan appointments and events
-Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
-Create regular reports and update internal databases
-Make travel arrangements
-Manage phone calls and emails
-Respond promptly to managers’ queries
-Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
-Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot problems
