- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in selling trucks or vehicles.
- Native Arabic speaker with good command of English.
- Target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to advise, convince and close the deal.
- Influential leadership with excellent relationship, communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset, result driven, with a high level of initiative and autonomy
- Team player with ability to interact and work efficiently with internal actors
- High level of responsibility, with the sense of loyalty and business ethics
- Sell trucks, vehicles and heavy machinery to contractors, dealers, etc.
- Present the product to potential buyers, visit them understand their needs, advise and propose solutions.
- Follow-up with clients and keep a good relationship with them
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Meet personal and team targets
- Collect data from the market and the clients with the aim to gain new clients and increase market share
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and investigate the market for new potential clients.
