Administration Manager needed for a leading agency in Lebanon.
 
JOB REQUIREMENT:
BA in Operations or Finance
8+ years of experience
Fluent in English and Arabic
Well-organized
Excellent communication and organizational skills 
Strong knowledge of Lebanese taxation and accounting systems
Proven record implementing ERP
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Managing the administration department in our Beirut office. Primary liaison with the Traffic Manager in our Dubai office.
Responsible for all HR functions including personnel, payroll, event management, IT (outsourced), and safekeeping / archiving of company documents. 
Liaison for all NSSF/VAT and government paperwork/submissions in a timely fashion. Managing our part-time accountant, and liaising with the auditor on all related matters.
Maintaining all legal documentation, ensuring all are up to date (including MOM quarterly and yearly).
Administration our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, Odoo, to ensure the completion of timesheets, uploading of employee documents, leave tracking and expenses.
Office custodian: Regularly managing the office, pantry, supplies. Maintaining office safety and cleanliness.
