 -Receives and answers incoming calls, greets customers, performs all steps required to handle customer calls and inquiries, informs customers about food and beverage items available in the menu, and asks politely what they would like to order after providing all orientation required and assisting customers in placing orders. 
- Checks all packages before being delivered to check correctness of order
