General Information
  • Assemble complete orders and dispatch delivery drivers to exact locations while maintaining an excellent quality and timing of order delivery. 
  • Order all delivery items from suppliers in order to maintain a par level; 
  • Handle all reports related to delivery orders in order to mo9nitor the efficiency of each zone; 
  • Manage delivery orders; 
  • Ensure timely and efficient movement of delivery drivers to reach customers on time; 
  • Oversee communication between different parties to ensure correct order issuance; 
  • Overlook the quality of each and every delivery order to make sure it meets the use record standards of food ingredients, quality and presentation; 
  • Communicate minimum & maximum delivery time periodically according to rush so the operators conveyed to the customers; 
  • Check zones effectiveness; 
  • Overlook and supervise the grooming and hygiene part of the drivers; 
  • Register all information concerning customers’ incidents at the branch in order to handle the follow up; 
  • Get involved in the decision on increasing sales according to Restaurant Manager; 
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned.

Education Required 
  • Must have a High School or Technical School Diploma 
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  2. Strong Time and stress Management 
  3. Capability of resolving conflicts 
  4. Ability to multitask 
  5. Supervisory knowledge 
  6. To be able to maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
