Administration Manager needed for a leading agency in Lebanon.
• BA in Operations or Finance
• 8+ years of experience
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese taxation and accounting systems
• Proven record implementing ERP
• Managing the administration department in our Beirut office. Primary liaison with the Traffic Manager in our Dubai office.
• Responsible for all HR functions including personnel, payroll, event management, IT (outsourced), and safekeeping / archiving of company documents.
• Liaison for all NSSF/VAT and government paperwork/submissions in a timely fashion. Managing our part-time accountant, and liaising with the auditor on all related matters.
• Maintaining all legal documentation, ensuring all are up to date (including MOM quarterly and yearly).
• Administration our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, Odoo, to ensure the completion of timesheets, uploading of employee documents, leave tracking and expenses.
• Office custodian: Regularly managing the office, pantry, supplies. Maintaining office safety and cleanliness.
