Retail Operation Manager
General Information
 Retail Operation Manager needed for a leading retail company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration
10 years of experience in sales management 
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up
Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Sales to build motivation and selling skills 
Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment 
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understands material, and provides instructions to associates
Have strong analytical thinking
Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management 
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements 
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales performance standards

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Create and implement appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting, targeting markets, and promoting products and services to those markets and will drive strategy to grow all company’s brands and increase each market
Create a work environment that promotes teamwork and cooperation, where sales department personnel can prosper; find rewards in their efforts; and, be continuously motivated and challenged to improve their performance
Conduct monthly review meeting with respective brand managers and showroom managers to review the monthly reports in order to take the necessary action according to the current status
Create a monthly report for the executive team along with assessment report per brand and analyze company’s sell-in and sell-out
Maintaining the physical presences and appearance of the new and used inventory and other assets utilized by the sales department including but not limited to: labeling, data entry, barcode, stock level, stock availability, set core collection per showroom and ensures product support, by maintaining a system of internal controls and operating procedures that will protect these assets from theft, loss, or unnecessary depreciation
Audit & control Suppliers Monthly sales report and conducting their general sales conditions
Develop and Maintain proper communication between management and associates 
Provide and inspire outstanding service to our customers by maintaining after sales
Advise management on communication issues and strategies 
Determine measurement metrics for customer acquisition tools and lifetime value
Establish monthly meetings with top management to provide recaps on marketing successes and misses
Provide management with variant analysis for retail operations, forecast, monthly and quarterly expenses and capital allocation
Ensure consistency  between finance and marketing communication
Work closely with General Manager and President especially during the probation period to define tasks and get their approval on the plan to be accomplished and stated performance contract
